My first official parenting post
Baby Josh is doing great! We are up 2 oz from when we left the hospital. Pumping helps, with the bottle, I am able to sort of force feed him in his sleep. There is no waking this guy. He went for a jaundice test yesterday, stuck 3 times with needle, did not even flinch. At night he is up every 2 hours, it is so great to hang out with him, that we don't mind being up...we look at him sleeping all day and get bored out of our minds.
My engorgement is going away slowly. Thanks for all the helpful fms.
I currently have my inlaws visiting..BIL is sick, so no one has seen baby today. I told them he isn't up for visitors..I feel bad about it, but I will sleep easy tonight. Hopefully BIL is better by tomorrow.
I made a quick video, you have been so nice with all your congrats that don't feel guilty if you watch and don't post I feel funny putting more pics up, I just want to share him though.
I hope everyone enjoys their holidays!

Hi Janice! It sounds like all is well. I don't blame you for keeping baby Josh away from your sick BIL. we just got finished with all of our OOT visitors. It's a bittersweet feeling. I hope you are able to enjoy them and it's not too stressful for you. I loved sharing Lily with everyone. Enjoy that part. It was hard for me to share her at first, but I could always get my time in when she had to eat. (gotta love bf'ing!)

Well done, he is really really cute! Enjoy the sleeping and do sleep when he sleeps, let other people bring you food too! Enjoy these first few "magical" days...I say magical, but at the time for me they were awful!!!
