What does 1200 calories look like meal wise for a typical day?

Here is a 1 day meal plan from spark people with 1234 calories
Breakfast: Yogurt with blackberries; 2 slices of toast with buttery spread -Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry, 6 oz -Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice, thin -Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 0.75 tbsp -Blackberries, fresh, 0.6 cup Lunch: Spicy Chicken Burger with tomatoes on wheat bread, and Mixed Berry Sorbet - Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice, thin - Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) -Spicy Chicken Burgers, 1 serving (view recipe) - Mixed Berry Sorbet, 1 serving (view recipe) Dinner: Pork tenderloin and mixed vegetables over wild rice, an oatmeal cookie, and milk -Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 0.2 package (20 oz) -Pork tenderloin, 2 oz -Milk, nonfat, 1 cup -Wild Rice,1.2 cup -Oatmeal Cookies, 1 cookie Snack:
Raspberries, 0.75 cup
HERE is one with a little over 1300 cals

try to eat 5 small "meals" a day. i work alot so i eat alot of lean cuisines/smart ones and the most calories on one meal i would have is 350. for snacks, i eat the 100 calorie packs of cookies and also popcorn. i have a sweet tooth and love ice cream so i buy the slim a bars that are 100 calories or the fudgesicles are like 90 calories. snacks are very easy. try and eat salmon with broccoli (i like brussel sprouts too) and brown rice. also grilled chicken. last year, i ate salmon about 3 times a week and grilled chicken usually the rest (or soups and salads) and i lost 30 pounds in 3 months. i didn't even really work out. i walked the dog and worked alot but that's it. for lunches i eat progresso soups and salad or a whole wheat pita with turkey and swiss and put a little mustard on it. if you eat every few hours, you're never really hungry in between.

Typical day for me is in the 1200 range.
Morning I have some chai tea with no sugar and a tiny bit of milk, with a slice of some homeade, lowfat, lowsugar, whole wheat bread or muffin.
Morning snack is a piece of fruit, or some light laughing cow cheese on Ryvita Rye crisp, or some lowfat cottage cheese.
Lunch is a salad, made from the veggies we get from our CSA. Usually lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, mushrooms and either half a can of albacore, or a hard boiled egg, with homeade vinagrette.
Afternoon snack is the same - usually a piece of fruit or laughing cow cheese, or cottage cheese with Ryvita rye crisps.
Dinner for us is usually fish with brown rice or whole wheat couscous. Sometimes Salmon, usually Tilapia. With a side of veggies. When we don't have fish, it's usually some kind of mediterranean dish (hubby is Israeli), like shakshuka (egg with tomato sauce with hummus and pita), falafel, veggie burger on a whole wheat bun, or vegetarian meatballs with whole wheat pasta.
