UPDATE 4/23 - Please keep us in your prayers
We are on our way to take Jayden to the emergency room. He has a fever of 101.5 and his pediatrician told us to take him in since he's only 3 weeks old. Earlier this afternoon, we also got bad news that his biliruben and liver enzyme numbers are still high, so we were told that they needed to do a liver biopsy on him on Friday. They are going to have to sedate him and keep him overnight for a few nights. Now that he has a fever who knows what's the next step.
To top it off, Nate is also sick with a fever of 103 for last 2 days. His molars are coming in.
I don't know how much more I can take.

UPDATE 4/17 - Thank you so much everyone.... It really means alot. 
I'm still at the hospital. We've been in a room in the emergency area for the la 19 hours bc they didn't have any beds available. One just became available so I'm just waiting for shift change to happen before they move him. DH saw how bored I was watching TV, so he brought me back his laptop when he went to let the dog out.
Jayden has a very bad UTI and is being treated with antibiotics. They did an ultrasound and thankfully the infection did not affect his kidneys. They also checked his liver again and they found nothing structurally wrong with it. They still plan on doing a liver biopsy either tomorrow or Thursday. It should tell us exactly what is wrong with his liver. They said as long as they treat it now, he should not have problems later.
My other baby is doing OK. He still has a fever, but his pediatrician said that it's a viral infection and we just need to let it run it's course. If he still has a fever on Thursday, we'll need to bring him back. Thank God for my ILs bc they have been taking care of Nate for us. They even cancelled their trip to Florida later this week so they can watch Nate since Jayden will be in the hospital at least through the weekend.

UPDATE 4/23 - First let me say, thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. Who would have ever thought you can can have an amazing support system via the internet with people you have never met.
Jayden was released from the hospital Sat evening. He's doing well. He's on antibiotics for the next 10 days for the UTI. The doctors thought it was best to hold off on the liver biopsy bc he has an infection and they don't want to chance infecting the liver. So on 4/30, we meet with the pediatric liver specialist to see if they still need to do it.
Nate is on the upswing. Last Thursday, he was diagnosed with a double ear infection and slight pneumonia in his right lung. He's on antibiotics to treat both. He's doing a lot better now playing and eating. He's been at my ILs since last monday night. Since the pneumonia is contagious the doctors thought it was best to keep the boys separated for a couple of days after Jayden was released. DH and I have been taking turns hanging out with Nate for a few hours (Thank God ILs live less than 10 min away). Hopefully we'll bring him home later this week.
