15 month PP... I think I need another epidural!
So I did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred for the first time yesterday.
OMG
OOOOOOOOOUUUUCH!!!
Seriously, can I get another epidural here?
I am in more pain than when I had DC's.
I think I need one TODAY!!
Oh, and I think I'm walking just as funny

I am telling after a couple of days you will feel great.

and think what the heck happened to me
I hurt everywhere.

It's a DVD.
She's one of the trainers from The Biggest Loser.
I took yesterday "off" and took a long walk.
DH asked me to not do it today.
He doesn't want to spend our anniversary slathering me in Tiger Balm... can't imagine why?
