175 hours of pd queation

I have to submit my first 175 of pd this June because I fall under the new requirements. Does anyone know if it has to be broken down evenly where I did 35hrs each year, totaling 175 or if for some reason one year I didn't get all my 35 but another year I had 50 it balances out? My last year at my old school we only went in one day after Labor Day and so I would have to record every faculty meeting ad grade meeting I had. So I was wondering if I can just list my full days of pd for that year and this year I have already had 9 full days of PD because I go to the network math meetings. Let me know if you anyone can help. Tia

if you look on the teach system website, it says that the school district is responsible for submitting these hours on your behalf.

it also does not specify that the 175 hours need to be split evenly amongst the 5 years. just a total of 175 hours
