18 week doc appt
what should i expect? when do they do internals again? normally i just go and hear the heartbeat and thats it ....are they gonna do exams or anything soon?

You have a long time before anything more that peeing in a cup and hearing the HB.
Internals don't start until about 36 weeks.

My appts consist of weight, blood pressure, urine test, check for swelling in the legs, and hearing the h/b. They are pretty uneventful right now (at 21 weeks).

Same here, minus the swelling in the legs. I'm pretty sure internals don't happen until the end (~36 weeks or so).

Each dr is different too, some don't do internals at 36 weeks unless there is some issue.
I agree with all the pp at 26 weeks my appts are all the same, quick and uneventful. Urine, weight, BP, heartbeat, DR feels my belly, quick chat about upcoming appts or issues and I am done.
