We have a sunny 1 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment available in Fairhaven Apartments in Woodbury. Lease runs from July 1st (maybe earlier) until the end of November (5 months total). You will be given the option to renew the lease.

The Woodbury complex is conveniently located near shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants and within 2 minutes of Route 135, the Long Island Expressway, and Northern State Parkway. The LIRR Syosset train station is 2 miles away. Huntington Village is 5 miles away and NYC is 30 miles away.

This is a large, scenic, gated community with a 24 hour security guard.

The laundry facilities are located within the complex.

They strictly enforce a no pet policy.
