1st anniversary question

How early do I have to take the top of my wedding cake out of the freezer to defrost before our first anniversary? I was thinking about two days before? Does that sound right?

I can't imagine that it is going to taste good at all.

Re: 1st anniversary question

I would take it out the day before- then like an hour or two before you eat it-- take it out of the fridge.

ETA-- ours was pretty good!
