1st bday party for a girl...
What did you do for your DD first b-day party? Did you have a theme? DD is not really into any cartoon characters or anything. I am thinking of my little cupcake theme or a princess theme.

Since my DD' b-day is just after New years, we may be doing a winter theme ....But one of the birthday dresses I got her has a pink cupcake and polka dots on the bottom so I'm all confused what we are going to do  ( I happened to see a dress I fell in love with and crazy me bought it already)

We did a forest fairy theme (think Ferngully)! We used mainly purple and green (with some pink).

I think we're going to do princesses and butterflies, but I do think I'm going to get some sort of entertainment like a character or something of that sort for the older kids...

Since Alexa was born on Valentines day I'm thinking hearts etc JUST for her first birthday as remembrance of the special day she was born. I'm not going to do this every year....
