I have about 40-45 adults and 20 kids attending (kids are mostly 3 and 4 years old). Party will be at a park at 1:30. I will be having hero's, pasta/potato/ salad and cole slaw, green salad, tex mex salad with chicken, wings, chicken fingers, grilled veggies, and pulled pork with corn bread-- the question is how much do I need of each type- how many foot hero(s)? Full trays or half of everything else? Whats missing/ what should I take out?
