Re: 1st birthday party food..
yea thats fine...i have an amazing appetizer recipe, soo easy and seriously its sooo yummy, I call it a wrap-a-do...LOL
Everyone begs me for the recipe!!! U can make them ahead of time, its a wrap made with BBQ chx that you buy premade (LLOYDS), cream cheese, roasted peppers, and spinach leaves. Rolled and lightly fried in butter, then cut up into pinwheels...i can go into detail if you want...

Re: 1st birthday party food..
We had 2 small parties at our house, one day we had 1/2 tray penne ala vodka, 1/2 tray chicken parm, garden salad and some appetizers and bread (I think we had about 7 adults and 4 kids) Second day we had a 5 foot hero, 4 lbs of mac/potato salad, and 5 racks of ribs, as well as appetizers ( I think we had 12 adults and 8 kids)
