1st Non-Family Babysitter tomorrow night..
I am so nervous!
DH and I are going out for his birthday and we are "borrowing" my SIL's sitter. I've met this girl a few times and she seems ok. She sits for my nephews all the time. I plan on putting DS to bed so she will really just be in the house in case he wakes up...but I am so nervous! It will be fine right?
(Oh and I am having her come over while I am giving him dinner just so they can say hi  Tommy has met her before but he definitely would not remember her).

If she's good with your SIL's kids then I'm sure she'll be just as good. Besides, he'll be sleeping the whole time.

It's scary, right? We used my mom's neighbor whom I used to babysit for when she was a baby. Nice girl and I have known her since she was born.. It was only two hours but, I was so scared! It was fine.

we'll be in your shoes next week - my sister's wedding! My co-worker/friend will have Logan from right after the ceremony (6ish) until nearly 1am.  I'm going to miss him!!!

I am sure since you are putting him to bed first she will have nothing to do and just watch tv. Which is the best case scenario!!
