1st post baby run today
started out walking for about a quarter mile and then ran for a little over a mile i guess. it'll be 8 weeks tomorrow since my c section. my knees were very creaky and i felt very jiggily but it felt so good to get out there! i hope i can keep this up!

Congrats! I think the hardest part is getting back out there, the rest will fall into place
