1st RE appointment tomorrow
I am going to RSofNY tomorrow to meet with Dr. Saketos. Despite some of the things I have heard about the practice, I have decided to start there. Mainly b/c it is the most conveniently located. I am exctied/nervous at the same time. I had a MC 4 weeks ago and have tried my best to put becoming pregnant out of my head to deal with the situation. I feel like I am in a good place and ready to start again. I am hoping for very positive news tomorrow.

I'm so sorry about your m/c
I think you're taking a step in the right direction by going to see an RE  I go to RSofNY and they've been really great with me so far. I also read a lot of negative things on here about them but you have to form your own opinion. If you have any ??'s or anything feel free to FM me anytime.

I am a patient of RSOFNY, was lucky there in '05 which resulted in my DS and am now PG with #2 with them as well....Dr.Saketos did my 1st IVF and was very nice (I generally go to the Stony Brook office, so I'm more familiar with the Dr.s that are usually over there)...I too read lots of not so good things about them on this board but I really can't say enough good things about them- and honestly its not just because they got me pregnant....Follow your gut- I hope you like them as much as I did !....Good Luck

I totally agree, I need to form my own opinion. And I figure that there are plenty of people that do go there and have good experiences, so I figure that's what I will do - I am all about being positive!

Lots of luck!! I went to RSofNY and saw Dr. San Roman and I was very happy there. I always went to the Stony Brook office and found everyone to be wonderful. I was pregnant in 3 months!!
