1st time homebuyers tax credit questions
I have a few questions - I hope someone can help. I couldn't find the answers on the IRS page...
1) What tax year does it base your income off of? 2008 or 2007?
2) How do you apply for it and at what point in the home-buying process?
3) Related to #2, can you roll it into your down payment?
TIA!
