1st trimester trouble breathing
I'm 10w5d today and for the past few weeks I've noticed that I'm breathing much heavier than normal. I feel like I'm having trouble getting air sometimes and I get short of breath just taking a shower or walking up the stairs. It just feels like ever since I got pregnant its just harder to breathe. Anyone else feel like this? Is it normal or should I talk to my OB about it?

the same thing happened to me. it let up a bit during the 2nd trimester, but i still huff and puff going up stairs which is annoying to say the least.

Re: 1st trimester trouble breathing
I have had this my whole pregnancy and its really bad now that I am 35 weeks. It can also be a sign of anemia(mine was) but they will be checking your blood for this and put you on iron pills if you are.
