2 H'S - Hair Loss and Hemrroids
Hi Multiple Moms -
Can anyone sympathize with me? And will these things go away after pregnancy? Please say yes....
As I progress into my 25th week some ugly side effects of pregnancy are taking over
the first is hemrroids- so large and painful! I called my doc and I am doing everything possible to kick thier a** - sitz baths, topicals, suppositories, ice ....so I hope something gives...because what a painful, awful thing!
also the hiar loss is scary!! I lose tons of hair every shower and every time i blow out my hair. I pick up large handfulls of it each day! What happened to lustrous locks during pregnancy?
Please tell me I am not alone.
Thanks...

You're not!
I got hemrhroids (sp?) late in my pregnancy and they were awful.
I actually went to a proctologist after delivering my twins to get the hemmroids looked at - and I ended up needing a colonoscopy.
My hair loss came after the twins were born - I thought I would clog every drain in our house, there was so much hair EVERYWHERE.
My twins are now almost 20 months and both H's are better. My hair is definitely thinner than it was pre-children, but it's better than it was when they were first born.

M. My hair loss came after my pregnancy and it came on FULL FORCE! None during which would explain how much I lost afterwards. S thought something was wrong with me cause it would come out in clumps. Eventually that subsided.
My hemmroid didnt follow till after I had G. Horrible.
I know during pregnancy...I was not regular. I can only recommend making sure you drink lots of water and some fiber to regulate you. Only way to alleviate it was tucks, and suppositories...which Im pretty sure you can use.
