2 month old no poop in 3 days?

DD is Breast fed and dh said he remembered the dr saying that BF babies could sometimes go a few days without pooping (this is when I complained about her going 10 times a day), but I can't be sure.

She has not pooped in 3 days and I am getting concerned. As it is I am concerned that she is not eating enough because even though she is gaining weight, she went from the 75th percentile at birth to the 25 to 50th at 2 months (which dr said was okay).

Debating whether to call the dr tonight or wait till morning and see.

Call in the morning. My ped told me that up to 5 days without a bowel movement was no reason for concern. I would be concerned before that though. Definitely call and see what your ped says.
