2 points for my super
We (teachers) don't start school until our conference day on Wed. But plenty of other school personnel work in the summer or are expected at the schools already. Our super just send an email that people should only come into work tomorrow if it is safe for them to do so and that nothing is so important that it can't wait a day. That kind of respect/consideration goes along way with me.
