2 questions - Kid friendly cruise lines and renewing wedding vows?

We were thinking of taking a 3-4 night cruise next August/September with the kids, but also wanting to renew our wedding vows at the same time on one of the islands. Nothing too expensive and we don't want a fancy wedding type thing. Just renew the vows, dinner and cake with only a few immediate family.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Carnival is very kid friendly with Camp Carnival, plus you can renew your vows too.

Norwegian was excellent for my 6 yr old. My three year old liked it too.

We were on Celebrity last year and our kids had a great time. We will be on NCL this year with the kids as well. I think the reputations for the big cruise lines are as follows:
Carnival: Party, Fun, Drinking, Smoking, good for kids, younger cruisers 18-45
NCL: Freestyle cruising, fun, good for kids, good for younger families, most cruisers between 25-45
Disney: Expensive, Your kids will have an amazing time, good for the kid at heart, good for families, lots of entertainment, younger cruisers 6 months -45
RCL: Good food, slightly more luxurious, a good-solid no one has anything bad to say about the cruise, mass appeal, good food
Princess: Luxury lite, slightly older crowd, wealthy, elegant ships, good food
Celebrity: Almost all of the ship is non-smoking, older cruisers 55-100, elegant, good food, excellent service
HAL: Older cruisers 55-100, conservative,
Cunard: LUXURY, expensive, good food
