I don't think that it exists.

And I think 4 is even too young.

Just out of curiosity.. what does he do that makes you want to have him tested? My friend had a baby genius and before he was two he could identify tons of different dinosaurs by their scientific names among other things.

Yeah it was/is amazing. They actually choose his father (sperm donor) because he was a scientist or something with a super high IQ.

If you want him tested, you would probably have to pay a private psychologist to do so. The only test I can think of for kids that young is the WPPSI and I don't think that can be administered until age 2.5.

You would need to go through a private psychologist for iq testing. However, two years old is really very young for this type of testing. He is outside the age range of the WPPSI. The cognitive testing for kids at two years old is more developmental in nature, such as the Bayley Scales of Infant Development. Also, I really don't believe there are any gifted programs for kids so young (I am in the field and have also researched this regarding my own child). I'm not sure what makes you think your DS is gifted and why you are thinking of specific gifted programming for him at this age (what are you hoping such a program would afford him?), but I would just continue to support his growth and learning by providing an enriching environment, and continue to closely monitor his development. You could also check out this organization: SENG
I found them a really helpful resource.
