2 yr old with a cyst like bump on her eyelid- how will i keep warm compresse on it ????

Ok, my 2 1/2 year old has a cyst like bump on her eye all week. I went to the ped office yesterday and they told me to place a warm compress on her eye 3-4 times a day for 20 MINUTES!!!
My 2 year old does not stay still for a minute let alone 4 times a day for 20!!! I have tried a "reward", to make it fun and "glamorous" and to sneak it on while she sleeps
nothing has worked, even cartoon cloths.
I really need to do this so it will leak itself out and not get any bigger.
If anyone has any other tips (besides a magic wand!!!)I would appreciate it
It is hard also since I have a 6 month old to look after as well
