So far this week I did two workout with a Personal Trainer. And 2 30 cardio sessions on the elliptical.
I plan on 2 cardio session this weekend.

I am finally down to the weight I was at my wedding...and the way that I got there didn't have much to do with exercising...I stopped eating at night...I was a bad night muncher. I still have a hard time saying no the nighttime munchies, but seeing how much weight I have lost doing it motivates me!

Yesterday i did The 30 day shed all three levels.
Today
5 mile run Strength training - Chest & triceps. Abs (i do those everday though) lol What agreat day everyone get outside f u can & just enjoy!
