20mo or just over a year and a half? Kids age between 12mo - 24mo

haha I always have to look at my calendar when I'm posting on here. Its hiliarious since I could never get the pregnancy weeks straight either (for those who remember me always asking on the Pregnancy boards)

I always thought it was strange that people referred to their kids as 17m or 19mo etc. Now I have one of my own and I just don't do it.

She's just over a year and a half or She's gonna be two in August.

I never say she's 20mo unless I'm here or if I'm talking to some professional medical person who needs specifics.

I counted by months up until 2 years. Now she's "2" or "2 and a half," and she will be until she's "almost 3."

I only refer to months on here. IRL if someone asks how old she is I say 2 or she turned 2 in Jan. As she gets closer to 2.5 I'll then say that.

ETA: I've been this way since she turned 1.
