21 Main in West Sayville - review
DH and I went to 21 Main last night to celebrate his b-day. This was our second time there.
From the moment you pull up and the valet’s runs up to both sides of your car to open your door, to the moment they open your doors again when you leave, you can expect the best possible service. Every waiter has an assistant (and bus help), the service is just wonderful. We shared tomato and fresh mozzarella appetizer, that was the best mozzarella either of us ever had! we then both had a walnut salad. DH ordered the Kobe sirloin steak and I ordered the petit filet. For a side dish, DH chose the 21 main potatoes which are spiced to perfection with red peppers and bacon. The steaks were just incredible! Everything was cooked to absolute perfection.
DH grew up in TX and is somewhat of a “steak snob”. He told me that every steak he has ever had gets measured against Parini in Buffalo Gap, TX. I am happy and proud (as a NYer) to report that last night the bar has been re-set to 21 Main’s Kobe sirloin. He was absolutely FLOORED and so was I! (when I tasted it). It was the most incredible steak EVER. He talked about it all night lol.
For dessert we shared carrot cake (all their baked desserts are from Audrey’s) and it is served with fresh whipped cream and a 21 Main plaque made out of white chocolate.
This restaurant is first class all the way. If you’re looking to try a new place, you cannot go wrong with 21 Main!

That's so funny. We drove by 21 Main last night about 8pm, on our way to a party in Bellport and I said to DH, "Wow, someone must be having a big wedding or party or something - the place is packed. I wonder if I know them from LIF/LIW?" 
That was the first place we went to look for a place for our reception. But we were talking 75-100 people and wouldn't have been able to fit them, plus with a dance floor, DJ, etc.
But we were very impressed with the look of the place. My parents love Audrey's too, I have to tell them that they do their desserts!
I'm glad everything went great!
