Yeah! So excited :)
So...I feel like screaming, I'm so excited!
I am a consultant...and I was asked to do a job for a client in California as a sub-contractor. I gave my opionion on the project and what I expect to get paid by the hour. I was told...that's too high. I came down a little and still told it was too high.
So I said...forget it, I can't take the project on for what they are willing to pay (I have other clients/projects keeping me busy anyway). So...DH (who is the office manager/contract writer) was upset because we lost the potential for the $$$. I said...don't worry, they will be back.
And...today, I was right...they came back...they will give me my price! I knew that if they could find someone to do the same things for less than me, they would have found someone else a long time ago.
Yeah, yeah, yeah...now, maybe we can make a dent in all the CC bills with some extra cash 
ETA: I left out the best part...I can work remotely from HOME for the majority of the project which will be until at least JUNE!
