Make sure you select Paypal as your payment method before entering the promo code. After you select Paypal, you can enter the code in the new window and you'll see the $25 off reflected

I tried too and it didn't work. Not all of the items have that promo, so it didn't work for me. Sneaky. LOL!!!
If you look at all of the items she picked, they all said save on paypal at the bottom and the ones I was going to buy said save on bill me later or free shipping on $49 or more. They all have to amount to the $50 with the paypal promo.

Well mine ended up not working -- I got a cancellation email. Oh well!
ETA: I called Toys r Us back and they ended up putting my order through again and will credit my card back $25 plus tax for having missed out on the promo code.
