Looks-wise, he is a step up from the previous Bachelors, especially Blob. Though Charlie O'Connell was pretty cute; I have always been partial to guys who have that Howdie Doody thing going on. 
Plus, it's set in Paris. I am looking forward to the change of scenery.

cant stand when these woman say they are in love after meeting him and not having a conversation or talking to him for 5 minutes and you know that most of they are thinking paris romance. hope this season isnt cheesy. any work on charlie and his bacholarette?

I believe they are still together.
Eh, they are all fameho's, that's what makes it fun for me. I may not be skinny and gorgeous but at least I am not making myself look like a total moron on national tv!

Wow, that has to go down in history as one of the most train-wreck-ish first-round-eliminated bacheloretttes EVER! Who tells a man within minutes of meeting that they are ready to REPRODUCE? 
How is this woman going about her real life again? For the sake of her patients, I hope she's not really as nuts as she seemed.

I don't remember if she made the "rotting eggs" comment to him; but when he asked why she was there, or something like that, she said, "I'm in the reproductive stage."
She did make that egg comment in those on-camera intereview things.

DH said there is nothing wrong with telling someone what your goals in life are but it's the way she said it, as if she was ready to have kids right away and can't wait, I don't blame him for backing away. She shouldn't have confronted him, I understand she was angry but you are ready to reproduce and he is not, you can't force him to want what you want.
I think he made some good choices last night. I don't want to jump the gun but it looks like we finally have a smart Bachelor.
DH was like "I don't understand why a good looking doctor like this guy has to go on tv to find a woman. They should be falling at his feet already...LOL
