2nd Birthday party ideas

Hi. I am starting to think of ideas for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. It's the day after Christmas. So I plan on having it atleast 2 weeks early this way it won't interfere with anyone's shopping, etc.

Anyway, like I said she will be 2. It will be at my house. She is still too small to have it out some place. The theme is going to be Minnie Mouse. I bought her a Minnie outfit so she can dress up. What activities do I do, she is too small to appreciate a clown, face paining, magic, etc. I was thinking about hiring a horse & carriage (& I am a member of PETA! I am at a loss on what to do for this party) She LOVES animals so I thought she would like that. Have them take the kids for a ride around town?

Any ideas?

Anyone know where I can hire a place to put fake snow on my lawn?
