2nd pregnancy vs. 1st
Is this normal? Everything seemed to happen sooner with this pregnancy. I started showing sooner, morning sickness started earlier and lasted WAY longer and now at 34 weeks I literally feel the way I did at 39 weeks with my daughter. My hips are so, so so painful and I can barely sleep. I'm sitting at my desk at work like a zombie whale who can't breathe.
Did other people feel like the 2nd pregnancy was more physically difficult? Am I just a wimp?
The thought of carrying on like this for 4-5 more weeks is almost unbearable.

It was harder for me too. I think because now you have another child to run after and don't really have much time to just rest.

I totally agree. I feel like a beached whale at 35 weeks. I shift from side to side during the night, waking up from hip pain. I cant breathe when I lay down. I am huge, I think I am the size I was when I delivered my first. The thought of growing for another 5 weeks is totally freaking me out. I keep asking the people at work if I look any lower lol

Right?? Totally freaking me out too. I am being induced (or having a c-section if baby doesn't flip back to head down) at 39 weeks because I have GD and it sounds so far away i just want to cry.

Re: 2nd pregnancy vs. 1st
Totally normal. I started showing much earlier with my second. I was in maternity pants by like 8 or 10 weeks. All my symptoms started earlier too. And by the start of my 3rd trimester I was SO DONE. I felt like I did in the last 2 weeks of my 1st pregnancy. I also went earlier - a month early with my 2nd.

This is what I'm worried about. I know this sounds overdramatic and ridic but my fluid has been really low and they don't know why. I just feel like my body is giving out and I'm scared she is going to come too soon!

Did you start to drop yet? I don't think I did. Also when do we start getting cervical checks?

This exactly! My son is 2 so I never rest lol When I had him I would always take naps.

Re: 2nd pregnancy vs. 1st
I don't know if I started to drop, or if I ever will. This pregnancy is so different because the baby is breech and I don't have that "heaviness" feeling in my crotch like I did with my daughter.

With my 2nd I never dropped until right before I went into labor. The whole thing was much faster. Literally they checked me 2 days before and said she was still pretty high up. Actually, come to think of it, as I was in labor they checked her position and said the same thing and 10 minutes later I was 10cm and ready to push

Yup normal. With my 2nd pregnancy my symptoms started earlier and lasted longer. I showed earlier too. I was soooo tired and done by 30 weeks. I ended up being delivered at 37 weeks.

Yes I found my second pregnancy to be harder than my first, and the third was the hardest. Most intense ms, lasted longer & started earlier.

2nd pregnancy vs. 1st
I take back everything I said!!!
My fluid is still low at a 7. Baby failed her NST and sonogram today. I ended up in L&D for more monitoring and to get steroid shots. Need good vibes! I'm only 34 weeks ??.
