2nd RE appt. 9/11 UPDATE
and I am feeling a little anxious. I'm having a water sono tomorrow...have no idea what this is, but they told me to take 2 advil an hour before, so I'm assuming it might be a little uncomfortable. I also get back results from the 19 vials of blood they took yesterday. Any hugs and good vibes you could send this way, I would surely appreciate.

I tried to post an update yesterday, but my computer kept freezing up on me.
So, I went to the RE yesterday and had this water sono...boy, did it hurt. It hurt a little more than the hysterosalpingogram I had in Jan. Anyways, he found a polyp in my uterus and it will need to be removed in the next week or so. Soon after, he would like to start treatment. He checked my follicles and they have not grown since the first sono, last week. I am definitely going to need the help.

Well if its any consolation, I have a weird shaped uterus and a cervix that sometimes doesn't co-operate and I didn't feel a thing except mild pressure. And it was over fast.

I had a water sono. I had one nasty cramp during it. But it was ok.

good luck today. I had it done in jan and didnt even know i had it done until the dr said she was all done

I'm sorry it hurt so bad! My dr also found a polyp and I had the surgery to have it removed. They say that the polyp could be part of the reason for not getting prego, so hopefully having it removed will bring good news for you.
