Re: 2nd trimester... breathing problems
I have this, but more after I walk a flight of stairs or a long distance. I have more breathing problems at night and I think occassionally suffer from sleep apnea since becoming pregnant.

Re: 2nd trimester... breathing problems
I notice that I am getting winded more easily too. I also have asthma, but I haven't been wheezing.

Re: 2nd trimester... breathing problems
I have really bad asthma, so now it is even worse, also my office is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so by the time i get up there, i have to take a puff of the inhaler, i really hope it goes away soon!

Re: 2nd trimester... breathing problems
I get shortness of breath when I go up/down the stairs, talk too fast, walk around fast, and lay down sometimes. It is so annoying...

Re: 2nd trimester... breathing problems
It's very common. In the second trumester you body starts pumpind blod more quickly there fore your lungs work harder to produce oxygene.
I rememeber sitting on the couch not being able to catch my breath, and I wasn't even moving. It went away in a day. You body will adjust!
