2ww after transfer

wanted to know what are some of the things you should refrain from during the 2ww after an embryo transfer. I'm going away for the 2nd week of the 2ww, it is a family trip that was planned months before we even thought of doing this. we will mostly be sitting on the beach, but wanted to be sure of what i can and can't do.

The sheet I got from my dr said swimming was okay, just double check with your dr. I think it would be okay.

I was told no swimming or taking baths. I'd definitely check with the doctor.
