3 different brands?

So as you all know I am going on 40+ days in my cycle and have taken 5 PG tests all BFN, so I call today to make an appointment with my DR. and the nurse asks me if I have used different brands, which I have not, she then tells me that since I can't get an appointment for 2 weeks to take 2 more tests with 2 more different brands that way when I actually see my Dr. I will have a variety of tests!!!! Has anyone ever heard of this before?? I need to have a variety of BFNs to rub in my face haha
I just thought that was the weirdest thing...why 3? Why not five? Or maybe I should go in with the sticks in hand and make sure I have the single line, a sad face and a digital NOT PREGNANT before they will help me hahaha...

Maybe shes telling you to use different brands because some are more sensitive then others, if you try other brands maybe you will get a BFP.

Every Dr is different I guess, maybe he wants full proof that your testing! lol
