3 great ab exercises
Here
If you search YouTube for other Craig Ballantyne videos, he's got a lot on there (all exercise stuff). I have Turbulence Training and it's a great workout. The whole thing (weights and cardio) takes an hour. Craig is the guy that came up with the 300 workout (how the actors from the movie "300" got in shape).

Re: 3 great ab exercises
I have seen people do the jack knife at the gym-- that is something I need to practice before I do it in public!
I used the ab roller this AM... so not as easy as it looks. Takes some getting used to.

Re: 3 great ab exercises
um..the whole time I was praying he'd take his shirt off.
I had to watch it twice to see the exercises
I have a stability ball at home...I'd love to try it, but I am honestly afraid I'll kill myself! especially when he added a push up!
I'll make sure my dh sees this too. I think he'll love it.
thanks for sharing!

It's a manual. It has exercises in it that you do at the gym (you could probably do some of it at home too) and then the cardio part too. He tells you exactly what to do.
Here's the website

Re: 3 great ab exercises
I'm picturing me trying to do the stability ball jack knife:
1. I get my hands on the bench in the ready position
2. I try and get my feet on the ball 3. ball rolls away 4. I try and get the ball with my feet and fall off the bench 5. Get my hands back into ready position 6. repeat steps 2-4 7. Try again to get my feet on the ball 8. attempt to bring my knees in to my chest, on the ball 9. Try and extend my legs - accidentally kick the stabilizer ball and send it flying across the gym, where it hits someone in the head 10. The force of my kick makes me fall off bench again.
