3 Hour GD Test - CHECK!! (with question)
okay - so after the 1 hour, some of you may remember, i felt like GARBAGE!! I failed.
Today was the 3 hour. Yes - i fell asleep in the waiting room like 3 times because i was tired (but i'm also not a morning person and 8:45 for me is early)...but overall - i feel FINE, not 100% - but like 85% fine....
could that be good??? Did anyone fail the one hour and feel sick that whole day only to do the 3 hour and feel FINE after????

they said Friday or Monday - but last time - it was the next day (again, i failed)...so i think i'll know something by Thursday...or if i failed, tomorrow...

Jess - I got my results the next day.
The only thing that would be a little cause for concern for me, would be that you are feeling tired. The lab tech asked me how I felt specifically during the last hour and asked if felt tired at all (which I did). And I was tired for the rest of the day as well.
The NP in my OBs office that called me with the results, asked me that exact question too and said that is also a common occurance with high blood sugar levels.
But of course I'm  for you that all is okay!

right - the second hour is when i was the most tired...i fell asleep twice in that hour....for the final hour - i couldn't sleep anymore and watched the office (brought our portable dvd player)... i might have fallen asleep in the first hour too - but i'm not sure...
i'm just happy to not feel naseaus...that was the worst feeling last time!!! when i'm naseaus - i want my mommy...i revert back to a child...

I don't know I miserably failed the 1 hour (2 points higher I wouldn't have gotten the 3 hour test) and I was a little shaky but not too horrible. I was SO sick at the 3 hour though - I thought I would pass out and was very nauseated. I passed the 3 hour though with great numbers so go figure.

I had my 1 HR this am and I feel exhausted all day- can't wait to go home and get in bed- other than that I felt fine.

I felt fine after the 1 hour.. but the 3 hour I got that sugar hi then I crashed... All I wanted was to sleep and just the sight of food got me sick...
Keep me updated with the results... and good luck...
