3 hour glucose test tomorrow...can I eat?
I failed the one hour by one point (I got a 135) and I have to take the 3 hour tomorrow. Is it ok to eat frozen yogurt today (red mango) or do you think it has too much sugar? Can I put fruit on top? I am hungry and not sure what to eat. TIA

Nothing you eat or don't eat will cause you to pass or fail your 3 hour.

i would eat as you normally would, but do be aware that frozen yogurt has a ton of sugar in it.

ITA. If your body cannot process sugar, nothing will change it. I wouldn't go overboard today, but one fro-yo isn't going to make a difference.
