3 weeks...
...since I sent my email to East Coast asking for refund on the IVF cycle that we paid for in DECEMBER. Today she tells me - and I only get her to answer the phone because I got her direct # - that the guy who signs the checks is SICK and will not be able to write me a check until Monday. Last week, she was on vacation so nothing could get taken care of... This is absolutely a run-around... and yes I have sent emails reminders and left voice mails so I have been following up...
I told her I will sit in their office on Monday until I get my $. ANd if I don't I will file with BBB.
What would you do????

I'd be fuming at this point. I was not happy with their billing services either.

Oh I'm fuming all right --- and the administrator is like. "Well it's Dr. Kreiner's son so basically...he does whatever he wants... " So tough sheet for me huh? Not with the stink I will make in their reception area on Monday!
But what ELSE would you do? What other actions can I take? I will take it up with the CC company on Monday if not satisfied...but what else can I do??

I certainly would go to their office on Monday and make a stink...they won't like that especially if the waiting room is filled with patients!

This is actually more then a complaint with the BBB. I believe there are laws regarding this and they could get in to a lot of trouble. You can't hold a customers money without reason for any length of time once it's request to be returned. What about interest....I would want that too plus some sort of compensation for the aggravation.

I think the CC appeal is the easiest way to deal with it. Then your CC will arrgue with them, takes you out of it!
