3 Year Old Birthday-Any inexpensive places on LI

Hi,

I am planning Ava's third birthday party for July.. The last two years have been at the house and I wanted to do a Kiddie Party for her at a place. However, it seems everything is like $25-$30 per child. We really can't afford that. Does anyone know of a place (maybe a little secret hideaway that no one really knows about, ha ha? :)) that is more reasonable and has fun activities for ages 3-12 around there? Suffolk would be good

I would really appreciate any ideas. Thank you so much.

Denise

I've done DS birthdays at Chuck E Cheese. It's 13.95 per child I believe for a smaller package and 18.95 for the super package. You can go on the website and get all the information of what come with each package.

ETA: I did his first party there when he was 3 and he loved it. We had a range of children from 3 up to about 11 and they also had a great time. Chat Icon

Try Wood Kingdom in Farmingdale. I know they have different prices based on the day of the week. Maybe since it's in the summer you could do a Friday afternoon and save some $$.

Denise-Some McDonalds still do parties too. My SIL did one for my nephew and it was $10 per kid. It was the one in Oceanside which has a really fun play area. Or Burger Kings. Call some in Suffolk and check it out. I know the MCD in West Babylon on Mantauk hwy doesnt do them but they said there is one further North that does. Not a bad party if you don't want to break the bank. $25-30 is insane. I did a party for my DS at Pump It up and it not $25-30 a kid and I'd consider that a pretty nice place. However DD is going to Bear Kingdom party next weekend and I know they are paying $35 a kid. Insane!!!!

Nicholas had his 6th bday (in Kindergarten) at McDonalds. He had soooo much fun, as did all his classmates. I don't know where you live, but the one in Centereach has a huge play structure and they charge something like 7.95 per child ($1.00 more if they get nuggets) and that includes face painting, a cake and goodie bags.

Also, bowling parties are inexpensive, but I'm not sure if that's something a 3 year old would enjoy. Maybe with the bumpers?

..but it does work out to be that much. Most of these places are say $350 for 10 kids. Anything over that is say $15.95. So with just the base amount of kids, it does come out to $35 give or take. Karts (indoor go karting) is $500 for 10 kids!! That's $50 a kid! Crazy.
