Since my m/c my cycles have been about 30 days - I O on CD15 or 16.

I had a 30 - 32 day cycle and would generally ovulate on day 17 or day 18.

usually around CD17, but my LP changes by a couple days too...so I may O between CD14-19 and my LP is usually 11-15. UGH! I'm trying Vitex now to see if I can even things out!
