NEW UPDATE 7/24
Had my ultrasound this a.m. 2 follies are mature, with a possible 3rd being close. All the rest are 12-15 in size. The doctor said to come in tomorrow for one more ultrasound, but she thinks it will be canceled -- they only do IVF with a minimum of 4 or 5 follicles. Seems to be the story of my life here. I've been crying all day, feeling sorry for myself. DH feels there may be a chance they will grow more overnight but how much can they possiblly grow? I'm so upset...I guess I'm what they call a 'poor responder'. I've been on the max dose of Follistim, along with Ganirelix and Menopur....I wonder if he will refuse to see me anymore because I'm not a good candidate? My mind is racing with so many questions....I wonder if they can wait a day or two for the other follies to catch up in size?
I'm so down......and so drained....The healthier diet, the supplements, the acupuncture, the meditation, all for nothing apparently....
I'll update tomorrow morning after I see the doctor again....I guess I'll just pray for a miracle....Please send some good thoughts my way, I can really use some.... 
UPDATE: It truly must be the power of prayer.......I have about 8 or 9 follies that are mature now.....ER is scheduled for Wednesday.....However, the doctor said that if there are no eggs in there (like what happened with my first cycle), then I have ovarian dysfunction and there's not much they can do....I'm cautiously hopeful!! How about some more prayers that I'll have eggs??  Thank you all for your good wishes!!! Love you!!!
UPDATE 7/9
I'M FINALLY OVER THIS HURDLE!! The doc said he retrieved 10 eggs!!!! 2 or 3 weren't fully mature, but he grabbed them anyway because he said "you never know"! I am SO GLAD I had eggs!!! I must say that I absolutely LOVE the anesthesia they gave me (ketamine and propafol). I can see why people break into animal hospitals to get this stuff!  I still feel a bit loopy from the codeine, but the cramps are killer if I don't take them....I will know tomorrow how many (if any) fertilize. That's my NEXT prayer now (God must be sick of hearing from me this week!). The doc did say that they would do a 3-day transfer for me, not 5 (he didn't explain why), so Saturday will be the day.......I hope and pray some will fertilize......please, please, please, please, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw BethAnn's post that she was thinking of me and all of your replies and I am so touched, I truly am. I wish I could hug you all.....you have been so kind and supportive. I don't know how I would be going through all this without you!!!

I got the call from the embriologist and 5 EGGS FERTILIZED!!!!!! She recommends implanting all of them due to my age, but she said it is up to me. Saturday is the day!!!!!!! I am so happy! I've been so terrified all day!!!
Sat. July 12
Transfer is done! I had acupuncture done before and after and I highly recommend that -- it totally relaxed me! Anyway, 2 embies were 8-cell, no fragmentation.....2 embies were 6-cell, very little fragmentation, and 1 poor little embie was 5-cell, 30% fragmentation. The doctor said I could put that one in too, it wouldn't hurt my chances or anything...So DH said put all of them in......Its really cool that they gave us the pictures of the embies, we put them on fridge! One thing the embriologist said that I thought was really nice was "consider yourself pregnant until we tell you otherwise". Sounds good to me! My appointment is 7/23 for beta.....but they are having me come in next friday to check my progesterone levels - just to be sure.
So, I've been praying that they stick!! Need those sticky vibes, ladies!!!

The doctor said I could have by beta test this afternoon, so I went at lunchtime. WOO-HOO! I'm pregnant! Beta is 217! I have to go again Thurs. make sure the number increases. I still can't believe it, I really can't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 2nd beta is 439, doubled from the first one....so far so good, I guess??!! The nurse emailed the info and said she was crazy busy and would call me later, but that it wasn't bad at all.

I am praying so hard for you. I am so sorry. I know exactly how you are feeling. I don't know if this helps but Dr K told me on a 2nd IVF they will go to ER with 3. I would push to continue and to go to ER. After everything you have done I am sure you have some quality embies in there. It only takes one.
