30th Birthday Party Gift
We were invited to DH's co-worker's wife's 30th birthday party being hosted at her house.
We are somewhat friendly with them (they have been over our house when we have get togethers and I have been over their house twice)...
What do you think is an appropriate amount to spend and could you recommend something?
I was originally thinking a g/c for a mani/pedi at a spa (would be about $50)... but I am not sure she is "into" getting her nails done. I am at a loss.

Maybe a $50 restaurant GC? I for one wouldn't appreciate the mani/pedi gc--I stopped going since I caught an infection.

I agree I think the restaurant GC is a perfect gift and then they can both enjoy it.
