31 weeks preg w/ upper inner thigh soreness

I am trying to describe it as accurate as possible.
The past three days I have had incredible soreness in my inner upper thighs, I think its b/c I've been bending down a lot. I am in the middle of packing up my apartment. Additionally I 've been feeling AF cramps come and go.
I've been walking like I was on a horse for a week.

Any thoughts?

I can only tell you that it sounds like you may be doing too much. I am almost 32weeks myself and it is hard for me to do a lot these days. I am also packing and bending...but I can only do it for like and hour and then take an hour break, etc.

DRINK a TON of fluids...get your feet up for a few hours a day too. Those cramps could be from dehydration. I know you are prob peeing like a race-horse now, but u must stay super, duper, overly hydrated.

You are def doing too much!

You need to take it easy and that is your body telling you....all the aches n pains.

I get it, esp on days when I know I overdid it.

ETA: you are carrying twins....so its going to be a lot diff on your body.
