lol I know, besides the horrible painting its been updated. cute starter can def low ball, its been up for a while
I wish I was in the market now, I would submitt the lowest offers on every house that got stuck on the market....
WE so overpaid for our dump

Jake and I were talking about this last night- we almost bought a very nice but very overpriced water front home in oceanside
the price had dropped $200K last year
but we would of had to do a VERY creative loan- interest only- just to be able to afford the payments
a diffrent house on the same block is now listed for about $300K LESS then the price last year
we would of been in BIG trouble right now!

thank g-d! but some people bought houses they really couldn't afford and over paid lot for them
they wouldn't even be able to sell them for what they owe right now-

Oh I know when we were looking we had a budget of $350 to $400 and we refused to get sucked into any bidding wars. Some of our friends were like oh the rates are so low we can go higher, r u crazy, paying a mortgage which is more than half of your take home is no joke. also they heloced the crap out of their houses,. its crazy
WE bought a handyman special, 3 bedroom one bath ranch and renovated ourselves no loans, we havent lost money but would love to be in this market now. I would have a field day
