35 week appt today - the end is near!
So I had my 35 week check up today, and my first internal exam. 
My blood pressure was a little high but not as high as the last time I was seen, and urine checked out normal. They're still monitoring me closely for pre-eclampsia but so far I'm out of the woods.
They did the Strep B swab today. I forgot to ask her when I would hear back about those results. I assume it would be at my next visit.
She also did a check of my cervix and said that I'm soft, 30% effaced, and 1 cm dialated. She said  head is very low and at zero station. So she's getting in position ladies!! I know it really doesnt mean anything cause this is pretty much normal for how far along I am, but just knowing there's a light at the end of the tunnel makes me  !

i'm so happy my internals don't start until next appointment....wait a second - next one is Tuesday - CRAPPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so exciting!!!! my dumb a-- missed my appt this week which was supposed to be my first internal. Now I have to wait till Tuesday!! so annoyed!!

Yeah, they're definitely no fun. But it's nice to get a progress report other than "h/b is normal, fundal height normal, see you next time!" lol

That it's great, it is still very exciting to have an idea of what is going on in there

How exciting!! Yes, you should get the results next visit. My Doc gave me the paper saying it's negative that he signed and I'm supposed to bring it to the hospital with me and give it to the nurses. I just put it with my insurance folder in my hospital bag.
That's great the baby is almost ready. My last visit on Tues for my 38 week appt nothing was going on yet. Cervix was still closed and not dilated so this baby is waiting.
