37 week appointment - had first internal!
Soooo I finally had my first internal! It was uncomfortable, but not too bad!
I'm 1-2 cm dilated and 25% effaced... baby's head is very low (not "right there" but very low according to nurse practitioner).
I know it's not much.. but I'm happy to have any progress!
Next appointment is 12/10!

Thats great news! I think thats pretty good progress for 37 weeks.
Im so jealous, my doctor didnt do an internal this week. She said they only do them at 36 weeks and then only at the patients request.

Good news! Hey, that's almost exactly the news I got at 38 weeks yesterday. Except the cervix is posterior (it needs to come around to the anterior position? anyone?). And I thought that was ok progress! Oh did they tell you what station the head was at? (I'm -2). I'm so curious about all of this! Not knowing when it is going to be is driving me nuts!!!!!! I've also been spotting since the exam.
