37 week appt - first internal and...
I am 1 cm dilated and 70% effaced!!! OMG!!!
My doctor said that she thinks I will deliver by week 39!!!!

That's encouraging! I was 1cm and 100% effaced at 36w4d and I went 10 days early.
If nothing else, it's a good sign you'll go natural since you're almost fully effaced.

Holy Moly!!! 10 days! DH and are just moving into our new house this weekend. I don't even have a hospital bag packed. I guess we better get a move on things.
