37 weeks....NOW 2 cm!! I need contraction vibes!
I'm 2 cm now but still no rhyme or reason to contractions....the NP said nothing's coming out till those contractions start regulating!!!
A walking I will go....what else can I do??
And no weight gain! (a quiet little YAHOO for me!)

Honestly NOTHING worked for me except waiting it out. I tried it all including the sqats.
The way labor works is that the baby actually triggers the release of hormone that sends the message to your brain to produce oxytocin which brings on the regular contractions so until your little Princess says its time it aint time. 
The waiting ***** but enjoy every last minute of your free time. Relax, take baths, paint your nails, read books...all things you will no longer have time for.

I never stopped shaving and grooming, good thing cause I went in for my appointment and never got to go back home.
I hope it happens soon for you. This is such an exciting time. Glad you are getting your pampering in.
