37 weeks...shooting pain "down below.." - normal?

The past few days I've had this shooting pain in the down there area. Is this normal? It doesnt' matter whether I'm sitting or standing it just happens out of nowhere. Is this normal? I have been having some cramping too so I'm assuming it is...but it's just nice to hear from someone else that I'm not the only one!

Yes, very normal!! I remember this very well towards the end of my last pregnancy, and I am 36 weeks now and having it again! It's just the baby moving down into position and settling lower, putting more pressure on the lady parts. Hang in there, just a few weeks to go!

Totally normal, just means baby is getting into position. It's a good thing!
