I need your prayers please.....2ND UPDATE
UPDATE #2: it looks like I am miscarrying naturally........about an hour ago I passed alot of tissue/clotting when I went to the bathroom.....I read online to try and save it so my doctor can do tests on it, so I put it in a ziploc.....I called my doctor right afterwards and she said that she actually just got back my Beta results from this morning, and they did in fact go down- to only 1,000 (from 3,155 on Wednesday). She told me to come in tomorrow morning, they're going to see if I've passed all the tissue and if not they're going to do a D&C. Thank you to everyone who said a prayer for me, or sent me an encouraging FM, it really has meant the world to me and has helped me sleep for the past two nights I've dealt with this uncertainty. I pray that in a few months, or however long it takes me to recover from this physically and emotionally, I can rejoin you all and have a successful pregnancy. I may check in on here from time to time, but I wish you all happy & healthy pregnancies!!!
UPDATE: well it looks like we are losing this baby  I just got back from my doctors appt this morning, I am now measuring 5w6d (I measured 5w5d two days ago)......my doctor said things don't look good.....my sono on Wednesday looked more normal and the shape was good, today they said they can see a difference in the sac and it looks irregular (the shape was more like a kidney bean). The only positive from today was that my beta # from Wednesday was 3155 (right smack in the middle of where they should be)....but judging from today's sono, when I get the Beta results back tomorrow, they most likely will not be doubling. I am heartbroken, I'm trying to have some faith but the doctor was pretty blunt with us, I guess so we're prepared for the worst if we get bad news tomorrow. If my Beta #'s aren't good, I'll be going for a D&C either Wednesday or Saturday next week.....I'd prefer Wednesday since my birthday is on the 26th, this will probably my worst birthday ever. It's amazing after 8 weeks of pregnancy how incredibly attached you are to this little being inside of you. I hope I'm ready to get pregnant in the next few months to replace this heartbreak. Please give me some prayers that we get a miracle with tomorrow's news.
**I just got back from my first visit, according to my LMP on 11/20 I should be 7w6d.....I'm only measuring 5w5d....I have to go back on Friday so they can do another internal sono and make sure the baby is developing and to draw more blood to compare with what they took today.
The doctor said the two week difference could be b/c I have my dates wrong (I definitely don't), or b/c of my history of irregular menstrual cycles things could be off..... or the baby may not be developing as it should and I may in fact be miscarrying 
They did check my cervix since I've been spotting since Monday and everything's fine.
Please please pray for me that they see some development on Friday and that my beta #'s go up.....I'm so sad right now, I feel like my world is at a standstill until Friday....and DH had to go to work after our appt, so I'm sitting here crying not knowing how to feel. My stomach has been bothering me but it feels more like trapped gas, I'm hoping this is not miscarriage cramping. I know I'm going to analyze everything that happens to me until Friday. this is the worst feeling ever.

Sending prayers your way.....is it possible that you didn't O when you think you did? That happened with me. My LMP due date was a 1 1/2 week different than the official due date they gave me at my first sono. They said I most likely did not ovulate when I thought I did after I got my period.
